The short answer
Yes. The City's ART S3 route serves Asheville Regional Airport, and City buses are $1 a ride. Every ART route starts at the ART Station, 49 Coxe Avenue, on the South Slope. Buses run 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM Monday to Saturday, and 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM on Sundays and holidays.
