Four garages, open 24/7
Free if you leave within the first hour. Otherwise $2 for the first hour and $2 for each extra hour or part of an hour. The City's garage and street parking pages both give a $15 daily maximum. Pay by card at the exit lanes or at pedestrian kiosks before you return to your car.

$2.50 an hour, 2-hour limit
- Pay 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. Free on Sundays and City holidays.
- Pay at the meter with quarters, dimes, nickels or a card, or with the Flowbird app.
- Text to pay (no account): text Z plus the two-digit zone number to 727563. For zone 42, text Z42. The zone is on a sticker on the back of the meter; the space number is near the top.
- ADA placards and plates may stay past posted time limits but still pay the meter. Marked on-street ADA spaces are free.
⚠️ Don't scan a QR code on a meter
The City says it found and removed stickers on some meters telling people to scan a QR code to pay. "The City does not use QR codes on parking meters." Pay at the meter or with Flowbird's app or text-to-pay, and report stickers to [email protected] or 828-259-5792.
